Head of Department manages the Department and is personally responsible for its organization and operation’s results. His functional responsibilities include: - approval of the functional responsibilities of the Department’s employees, - representation of the Departments interests in its relations with other administration departments, with local and executive authorities at all levels, as well as other enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership, - personal reception of citizens on issues within the competence of the Department, - issuance, organization and monitoring of orders within its competence.
